INTERACTIVE CINEMA POSTPONED UNTIL NEW YEAR

INTERACTIVE CINEMA POSTPONED UNTIL NEW YEAR

It is with great regret that we must announce the postponement of The Winter Series’ Interactive Cinema events, due to run from 14th – 17th December at the Methodist Hall in Carlisle. Due to logistical issues caused by the recent severe cold weather we cannot guarantee the full Interactive Cinema Experience and would rather postpone the event than put on a second-class performance.

This was an extremely difficult decision to make at this late stage. However, we felt we would not be able to offer the full cinematic spectacle due to concerns over the timely availability of vital specialist equipment and concerns over availability of some performers because of the recent severe weather.

We are keen to stress that the Interactive Cinema event will run next year and that all the other events associated with the Methodist Hall and The Winter Series will continue as planned.

We are delighted with the positive response to the events at the Methodist Hall so far and they will continue next year with a classical concert, a play and films – though the films we show may not have such a festive theme as we had planned!

People are encouraged to pass this information on to anyone whom you feel this news concerns. Please visit our blog site to ensure they are kept up to date. Methodisthallcarlisle.blogspot.com
